Who are Webleasing LTD?
We are a website leasing company, based in Cardiff, that provide our clients with highly optimised leased websites that help them to make the most of the opportunities the Internet provides. We have a team of web professionals working with us covering all areas of web construction including the initial design, link building, text content, and search engine optimisation so as to offer a one-stop shop for website creation. Although we are based in Cardiff, we offer a nationwide service via our re-sellers who are based in various locations across the UK. How does it work?
Our websites are highly optimised by our in-house team of web designers to be coded in such a way as to rank highly on search engines, like Google, Yahoo or MSN, for the search terms that are relevant to our clients business.

Why is a high search ranking so important?
By ranking highly on search engines more visitors will visit your site. From your own personal Internet searching experience you will know that you’re most likely to click on websites which appear on the first page of a result’s lists. It’s also been found that users are more likely to click on sites which appear in the organic results list, rather than those which appear in the sponsored link box at the top or side of the page as these sites have paid for their place, rather than earning their spot because they offer the services or information best matched to the users keyword search. Internet users are wise to the sponsored link strategy, and are therefore less likely to click on these sites over those which appear in the organic results.

How much does it cost?
We charge an initial £250 to cover the costs of tailoring the leased website to your company’s specific needs. From then on all you pay is one monthly lease payment of £99. The monthly cost also covers minor amendments to your site, plus a monitoring service whereby your site will be kept under surveillance of our SEO experts to ensure it continues to rank highly on all major search engines.

Is there any minimum term applicable?
No, we never tie any of our customers in to any minimum term clauses on our leases. We are confident that our clients will find our services excellent value for money and will therefore not wish to leave. If a client decides to end a lease they can do so at any time without penalty.

I've looked at your portfolio page but I cannot find a suitable website for my business there. Does this mean you can't help me?
Of course we can. Our portfolio page shows all of our current available leases however if your specific company type or location is not currently available we can tailor a new lease to suit you. In fact the majority of our new clients require a lease tailored to them to ensure best fit with their company.

I'm interested, what should I do now?
If you are interested in leasing a website for your company please do not hesitate to contact us. You can do so using any of the methods listed on the Contact Us page. Alternatively if a suitable lease is available in the Portfolio section, you can purchase it online using our online purchasing system.

My company is new to the Internet and has no existing logo or website content. Will I have to provide this?
We can provide full website design, including logo design and content creation, to our clients if they request it. We are flexible to how much our clients wish to be involved in the design of their website; some clients prefer to be hands on and go through the drafting process with our designers whereas other clients prefer to leave the design to us. We respect their decision either way.

I have an existing domain name, can I use it?
If a client has an existing domain name they wish to use, we can incorporate it into the design of the leased website. In this situation the domain name remains the property of our clients.

Is there a limit to how big my site can be?
No. We place no limit on the number of pages on your site, furthermore we do not charge per page like some website companies.

My company will require an online shop as part of the site. Will this be a problem?
Not at all, we have experience in providing e-commerce facilities on our websites and will provide this functionality to you without any extra cost.

Do you charge to update my website?
We do not charge to update the content on your website, just contact us with the changes you wish to make and we’ll make them as soon as we can. Alternatively, our clients all have access to an Internet-based content management system where they can make small changes to the information on their sites themselves.
